This impactful cohort based program delivers a transformational and immersive experience that helps those who have grown up in prominent families to take ownership of their own lives.

Our focus is to support you in deepening your understanding of the impact you want to have.

Guiding you through your own journey we’ll explore the four phases of your Quest for Legitimacy and help you discover your unique place in the world.

What is the RISE Experience?

RISE is a personal development program that combines cohort based support, one-to-one guidance from the Quest team, the opportunity to join us for an immersive and transformational in-person retreat with peers who share the experience of growing up in the shadow of a giant.

The program is arranged across three distinct and impactful steps, Quest, Rise and Impact.

Quest

Through an exploration of your own Quest for Legitimacy you will gain a deeper understanding of your own story.

We’ll guide you through the four phases of The Quest, from awareness to ownership and beyond.

You will learn how taking ownership of your life will allow you to have the impact you desire.

Rise

This element of the RISE Experience is a 5-day fully immersive retreat that is focussed on self-development and action.

We will spend time together in an environment that will inspire and support you to create an action plan that is true to your identity and delivers the impact you want to have on the world.

You will leave empowered to take ownership of your life.

Impact

You may have had experiences in the past that have left you feeling motivated for change and with a sense of hope and enthusiasm.

However, without the right support, life can very quickly return to ‘normal’.

We are motivated by a desire to have a positive impact on the world and we can do this by helping you have impact.

Who is it for?

Growing up in a prominent family can leave you feeling isolated and wondering how you’ll measure up to the achievements of the giants in your life. You are not alone.

The RISE Experience is designed specifically to help you and others like you understand your identity and discover your unique place in the world.
